All garments manufactured by Cinellistudio boast a strict control system in each production phase, as a guarantee of absolute quality and experience within the sector.

PLATINUM QUALITY

Padding is made with genuine natural down of the best quality, only from original European white geese.
The down is selected, washed and sterilized at company plants in Buggiano according to the standards in force and complying with the highest control standards.
The down is sterilized at 133°C (value exceeding the standard that is required by law) to assure maximum
hygiene and safety.
The Filling Power exceeds 800 cu.in.: it is an exclusive value that assures lightness and softness, as well as absolute hygroscopic and thermal power. And all of it in a little weight.

WATERBLOCK

Waterblock is a water-repellent treatment for Cinellistudio's genuine goose down. Each garment padded with genuine goose down is treated with this special and exclusive procedure - a result of Cinellistudio's research - that fully restores the natural and original waterproofness of the down. The Waterblock treatment produces surprising effects in terms of comfort, practicality and safety:

• it makes the down water-repellent
  (spray test val. 100 after the treatment);
• it reduces the friction among down flocks, thus preserving their integrity in time;
• it zeroes the risk of dust and odor creation;
• it halves washing and drying times (the care of the garment is much easier; the garment dries in a quicker way; it does not smell bad; it does not need costly rinsing processes or many passages in the tumble drier).
